Autumn was also on at that time .....she also witnessed Maynard abusing his powers....shes gnna post on this later....i think 2 admins who saw maynard abuse his admins .....is just as good as a demo.

What I witnessed, sorry for the late response, was Acer playing the game. He wasn't doing ANYTHING wrong. He was convicted before the crime was committed. He was muted for no reason, he wasn't saying anything disrespectful let alone annoying. He was rarely on the mic before he was muted. After his mute, this Draaken guy was all over Acer, like white on rice. Disrespecting him, and being an overall ass. Then Draaken accused him of "scripting". There was no proof. Still is no proof. Never will be any proof.

yes she was also online, and witnessed the disrespect i recieve on both parties ( maynard, and his dog= draaken)

im not a cs:s specialist on recording or none of that smack
if 3 ppl are against a abuser, its good enough, especially when its 2 admins from the same clan

I respect you for trying your hardest at keeping peace and calm to the WCS server, honestly. But this crap with listening to everything Draaken says has got to stop. You couldn't prove he was doing it. You had no right to ban him. Let alone mute him. You can when he's actually doing something wrong, but in this case, he wasn't doing anything wrong. Because, I'm guessing, he knew Sniper and I were present. I still stand by what I saw, 100%.

I don't do what draaken tells me. when a server regular comes 2 me and loges a complaint I take it seriously regardless of who they are.

I know for a goddamn fact draaken wasn't doing it, and I used my judgement (as I see fit and have the right to do) and issued a 7 day ban.

and ofcourse he new sniper was there, hence sniper logging on for the first time in like 2 months and then just sitting in spectators watching me before anything even happend. as I stated before, acer and sniper teamed up and tried 2 entrap me into a situation, and they failed.

Who needs proof when you have 5+ regulars complaining about him nonstop? Oh and last I remembered the cry out for demos only applies to permabans. So why are you guys even giving maynard grief about a fucking demo if his ban isn't permanent? And maynard, you don't need to defend yourself to her. the only thing that matters is that acer is bannd, staying bannd and it's over with. not 2 mention i just found acer on the server again, doing his multiple voice routine hiding under a diff name, go figure... must feel good standing up for the cancer of the WCS server.

maybe you should be more worried about where I'm coming from seeing how it happend on the server I play on.. and it happnd regarding someone who plays on the server I play on... and it's been going on for months and months. cause you see, where I'm coming from is a place where without a demo, someone accusing you = jack shit.
