Maynard: I don't know you well enough to say I believe you, but a demo would be needed regardless, especially if some of the things he said were "on mic" and all you did was copy and paste instead of a simple screen shot. Not taking sides, just saying.

ive read the rules for the server. and it clearly states perma bans require proof, that's it. it doesn't even say in the rules that perma bans need proof all the time either it says "usually" perma bans require a demo.

our own rule books states you do NOT need a demo 2 ban someone for under 7 days for breaking server or TOS rules. thats like saying any time a mic spammer joins the server, you have 2 record a demo of him before issuing him an hour or day ban, it's just ridiculous and I know none of you record demos or post them for 7 day and under bans. everything I did was strait from the rule book.

as said I said before, ill continue 2 protect the server from people like Acer who clearly just join 2 cause problems till the day I die. this thread is a complete fail. if sniper wants 2 call me out, then he's the 1 that needs the proof 2 back his claim. my ban = under 7 day, I don't need shit other then my judgement. as I said before, there's a reason the "bans" section of the forum has nothing but demos of hackers.. and it's cause it's the only time you need to provide a demo, when perma banning.
