He was speed hacking masta. Next time to check this type in "sv_cheats 1" and then "cl_showpos 1" to bring up the velocity while your viewing the demo. If it goes over 260 there is a good change that dude is speed hacking. This dudes velocity went past 1000 when coming out of the tunnel to the bombsite.
