I know, its overclocked ~16% more then stock, anymore then that and it starts haveing issues (9600 gso)

16% lol I OC 25% without even giving it a second thought. I have actually toped it at 35% OC but have not tried higher.

But you are still on the stock HT so that is pretty good

Well I went higher but when this thing gets over 62, 63 degrees it artifacts, alot.

Interesting, the cores for the 200 series are rated for 70C and that is "normal" however mine does not get over 50C

my card doesnt have the best cooling, it only uses a single slot.
