I realize that I am still quite new and I really don't have any authority, but I would like to put a +1 here. From what I've seen, Cyber always goes above and beyond call of duty as an admin and as a friend - he helps both the newcomers to adjust, he makes sure that server is running well and no one is breaking the rules and he's always willing to help a friend. Besides, how could you not vote for him if you get his rages and HERPES at the same time?! At least, that's definitely enough for me
