This is going by your own annoyance and tolerance of what you feel is wrong, which is not what the rules are about. Take a Midol and read the TOS you were given minutes after you purchased admin. I warn players to shut up before I mute them. Others I have gotten requests from. Reading the dialogue (although it could be edited, but just reading) no one requested for him to be muted or kicked.

This really just makes me want to get the new admin system in place already.
