I don't find Hall very reputable at all but it's absolute bullshit that Rape closed his thread before Joker could respond. Joker shouldn't be using his powers like that period.

Without any demos or anything short of a few witnesses on either side nothing could really be done other than to raise a flag for future abuse reports against that admin.
