For those who still play the game, join me and ownsie this monday/tuesday.
We're going to be playing random missions in areas that satisfies most people's level.

I will jump in and see if it reignites the spark of interest for me. What time & timezone do you plan on starting?

ownsie and i will be free from 2 pm eastern time.

Ownsie is maxxed i think. Whereas i've only had 4 days of learning and playing. So im at a lv 25 now. (Wasted some time on 4 other alts that i got till lv 8 each just for the hell of it).
Trying to see if i can fast level to lv 40ish till then.

Pretty sure id pick up some xp as well marching with u guys.

my recommendation: crafting. crafting and exploration. ignore the main quest for the most part. i've gotten most of my 42 levels from crsfting (leatherworking is decently cheap to level) don't bother mass-making, just use discovery (one thing i made, gave me like, 2 levels of ACTUAL xp.)

But as for aco, crafting is the hardest thing i've seen in game... Confusing as fuck, and i almost never have ANY valid materials.... Or i have to buy them for expensive items with my moolah....

Heck i tried tailoring (i'm light armor), jewelry (made myself 2 copper rings, thats it), and even armorsmithing bcos im running a staff... Confusing shit...

And wikis didnt help explaining what to grind in crafting cheaply.

However i've noticed that my dtory lone actually gave me 2 levels at lv 20+ , and i only did 4 instances!

Ill explain crafting to you. Its easier than it looks. Most of it is through discovery. Youll seeee.

Crafting is another reason I gave up. I did all quest till 16 and I hit a point I could not level any longer. Someone suggested crafting and I gave up because I could not find a good source of information to instuct me. Call it apathy.

I will say this, crafting is really, really easy, once you get used to it. I got used to it around level 30, and boy is it expensive if you buy mats, in the 100's. Farming mats is not fun i can give you that, and most of the time its not worth the item that you make since it costs more to make than it sells for, but its a great way to level quick if ur bored or stuck.
