yea he's a regular. hasn't bothered anyone and hasn't done anything wrong while i was admin other then changing his name to "Free Hallwanger" after I perma-banned Hallwagner the first time. but that was it. a good cader from my part.

i dnt think he was being stubborn. maybe a little over reacting for the lolz...
when i came back from work i saw that he wrote me saying that he was posing as hallwagner just for the lolz and that he only did it to see ppl's reaction in the server just after hall got banned...

he is a reg and probably went too far... a short ban should suffice to teach him a lesson lol
plus nagarachi, u;re not allowed to use the ibis tag no matter what, even if joke...
