Simple as that. usally when someone joins the server it hows that they are joining then agian 30 sec later that they joined the server with there steam ban and steamid.

if you see him join or see him in the server before you join change your name and get a demo.

But yes, you will need a demo assuming anex dosnt have one.
A demo is necessary... not just for our sake... but if its obvious we can submit and get him VAC banned from steam which is always a plus!
