It is a dick move to not let the person in who is directly behind you, but everybody does it at some point. You were just that unfortunate guy.

As for Sinister.. It's obvious what he saw and in a way you can't blame him, however it doesn't mean he has to ban you.. freezing is always the better option unless somebody is being completely obnoxious.

No calling somebody a bad admin is not disrespect, but if said continuously, yes it can be.
