katrina is another perfect example. god know how much tax money was wasted on New Orleans, when tons of other places were hit just as bad if not worse. But, the city that bitches the loudest gets the most money. Now, years (YEARS) after the fact, it's still not done and they continue to clammor for more money, when all the other people effected either moved on, or actually did something productive and worked on fixing things themselves.
