It does count as abuse as you slayed people which resulted in a suicide, WHICH in turn results in a -1 kill and a death. You abused, and it is perfectly evident.

i'm usually chill i try not to break rules, someone shot a vending machine on me so i was moving it to get unstuck and move it back, with no text warning he moved me to spectate, then started moving other people

Erm, considering he used his powers in a manner that had a negative impact on the user base, it is abuse. Just because there is no rule against "mass slaying" does not mean that he was not abusing his powers. My only question is, "can a regular user commit these actions?". The answer is no, because these set of powers are given to him as an admin, to maintain balance and prevent things from happening in the server. He, on the other hand, decided to simply use the powers to slay people for no reason at all. It is abuse because it affected the score. Had it not affected the score, then it would have simply been considered as child's play... but considering it had an impact on the ranking system, though marginal, it still constitutes as being abuse.

EDIT: Also, the previous user's post just reinforces my claim that NOGATA was abusing his admin.

EDIT 2: If this thread is, indeed, removed by anybody other than ZERO, I will re-post it until he makes a decision. I think this community needs to be purged with regards to the administrative branch.

No admin prior has been found abusing for doing this. The only possible problem would be if it was every round or at some other interval deemed excessive.
