So in the rulebook it states that if a admin is using his admin without the proper tag in it is warrant to kick them?

I edited my post, read up. only if you're breaking a rule. regular procedure still needs 2 play out. given if you do wrong, you can be disciplined instead of them having 2 report it because you are infact not an admin unless you're wearing the tag.

the only time not wearing the tag is ok and you can use commands is when you're basically going covert and trying 2 catch someone in the act.

ill look into the demo's in an hour or so and see what really went down.. but I feel you know you've been busted yet again abusing your powers (ill also review that demo) and you're really just making a last ditch effort 2 start shit before you are stripped of your powers, or just lose access 2 them.

also given your abuse thread is based on an admin kicking another admin it doesn't really count for anything cause you didn't have your tag on, and don't count as an admin without it.

There was no abuse of powers. I warned two people about putting vending machines where you spawn into the top of a tower and they didn't do anything about it. The round previous i also warned them. I froze them when they refused to fix the cade. Fine, take admin kicking admin out of it i was still kicked for no reason the first time other then he felt like doing it.

1) Under no circumstances are standard* admins allowed to perform any admin command on a fellow clan members / admins.
2) Map changes will be dictated by clan members*** / the automated map vote. If there are no high ranking clan members on the server, the first admin on the server will have the privilege of changing the map to what he / she wants. However, this is not to be abused by rapid map changes.
3) If there is a debate between two standard admins regarding a hacker, no ban will take place.
4) Use admin privileges sparingly and appropriately.
5) Be respectful and non offensive of our community and its members regardless of race sex, or religious beliefs.
6) ABSOLUTLY no public flaming / arguing between clan members.
7) No Banning clan members or admins.
8)A demo must be recorded of a hacker prior to a hackers ban.
9)Banning someone should only be used as a last resort to get a player to listen or to remove a hacker.(In other words mute a spammer do not ban him right away.)

Breaking these rules in any way will result in admin privileges being revoked, and for more severe cases being removed from the clan, server, ect. All cases will be evaluated and assessed by high ranking clan members. If you feel that a clan member / admin has broken any of these rules, please post in the correct fourm. Admin is not refundable.
*= standard admin’s are basically everyone that has admin besides clan members.
**=clan members are admins with the <ibis> tag on while in the server. If they do not have the tag on they do not count.
***= high ranking clan members include: Steven(ZERO), Jared(krod/JigSaW), Robby(ENZO)

It does not state that without a tag on you are not allowed to perform admin commands. Without my tag i i was considered a standard admin. So after reading those it still stands a clan member used admin commands on a admin. I went through the ToS and the rules and neither state the tag requirement.

You sir are partly correct. It does not say in any rule section that you can't use admin commands without a tag. It does however state that unless you wear a tag you are NOT an admin. IE: Don't use commands without tag. Once again Zero may have to add another addendum for derps.

I'm fully correct. It states that if you do not have the ibis tag on you are not counted as a clan member, but as a standard admin.

But if i'm right, that goes against the ToS which in turn makes rules pointless.

Actually if I remember correctly his name is too long to work with the tag and so he uses something close enough. However he was supposed to try to join that admin group so he can have the tag appended that way. This is from what I remember so I could be wrong, now back to learning sql... (I will look more into these matters latter)
