How did he/she abuse (See TOS):

Apparently I've yet to see any tags on him and no warnings the entire 2 maps I was playing with him. Never seen him before in the server. As well kept blocking and pissing me off the entire time. So in a tunnel I !ztele'd out as seeing so many people do it constantly during the day. Bam insta banned for 100min. Without warning or anything. I was unaware that this was a instant ban offense? If this is the case I'll have my work cut out for me for taking constant screen shots of everyone... I now ventured my way to the full rules page to find an exact answer. As I've never really read the rules of the server as I generally just play not to be a dick unless someone pisses me off. So yes I'll definitely !ztele away so they don't kill me. But I don't see IV.1.a or IV. 1 Anywhere in the 100min insta ban no warning section... Unless I'm blind?

Also as I've played in this server for years and just now reinstalled css and actively becoming a more avid user in the forums and possibly become a member of ibis. I noticed this "admin" has a bunch of other reports on him. Maybe he should read the rules before using there powers... Like Always Thanks for your time and have a nice day.

granted you did break a rule, you did not deserve a 100 min ban.

I applaud you for making a legitimate abuse thread, where others have lacked regarding this D-bag, hopefully yours delivers. This is strictly abuse, for two reasons.. 1. it was an excessive ban with no warning for first offense and 2. He did not have an appropriate tag on to execute any admin command.

Except if he is using the tag as instructed it will not show up in console. It will only display on the scoreboard. Can you please attach the demo for that map so we can see if his tag actually was on or not.

you want me to give you a demo of a person I didn't know was a admin.. Then i get instant banned?So how am I suppose to give a demo after I've been banned? I'm not recording every second I'm on css.. Just wondering...
