So, while the action itself wasn't that noteworthy, the fact that he did it over me being in smuT and not caring is what has me irked. Combine that with everything I've seen him do in the past, not all of which SourceTV was up for, and I felt the need to come post here.

I looked at the brief conversation I saved, and I was mistaken in my previous post.

That instance that I was thinking about wasn't intentionally exploiting the handicap (although that does happen when you reconnect), but rather reconnecting to avoid punishment. My bad. :P

Okay honestly Jerm, yeah you can have a little fun but not abusively. Honestly now, admin is about keeping the server in order when it is frequently needed, at times. But in all truth if you want to have "fun" do it with someone you know can handle it. (no offense) but it seems to be that our friend here that is reporting your abuse didnt think it was as funny as you did. I LOVE having fun as an admin, But never ever in the time i have had the chance to be admin, have i abused my powers on someone else like the some times slap and freeze games i see going on. Yeah its funny with close friends, but not with guys trying to actually play the game. Remember that next time. This forum is cluttered as it is :3

Jerm has always had a bit of a problem playing well with others. Most of his abuse is marginal enough that there's no reason to post a thread or otherwise complain about it, but it happens often enough to make him stand out as an abusive player. I think he's a little more timid around me with his admin privileges than he is around others, but he does do things like switching to my team and team-killing me in spawn before leaving the server, and team-wounding me when I'm on grenade level, to name a few.

I'm with Toffee on this one.
