The reason why this wasn't brought up is because most people don't read anything this dumbass posts. SKINS ARE TEXTURES. These textures or skins give an unfair advantage.

a skin can be either a new model/texture combo, or just a new texture applied to an existing model. the texture is only the flat picture that the game uses to know how to color things. changing that texture map changes the skin.

the second one has a new model as well. but the first one only has an edited texture. both of them are still skins, however, because in both cases the model and/or the texture has been changed.

tl;dr, your player-skin cheats are reskins, and are also considered retexures. textures do not refer only to props and map objects, and you're an idiot slip.
