People can camp. They always have been allowed. When it hold's up the round and they aren't doing anything is when it becomes a problem. There's a difference between camping for annoyance and camping "strategically".

It's funny how the rule says no excessive camping. I would consider staying in your spawn to camp excessive. And this is gungame, not regular, so there is no reason to camp at all. Even if you have the scout, rush in with it and use it as a normal rifle, it's still very accurate. And all camping is annoying, so are the people that tell the ones that keep getting killed by campers

'well if you know they are there every round, then they should be easy to kill'

no, it is not easy, they have the better position, and camping the same spot every round is also excessive.

if i remember correctly zero exact rule was if camping delays the game then admins have to right to do what they feel need to keep the game at a contant pace....... so for me usually after about a 30 sec to a min pass with less players and some begins to camping and waiting for long periods making it hard to find each other I would take action.

course everyone knows how people yell camper if the other guy shot them while standing still. Its always been a judgement call long as the gamie is staying a a constant pace and not dragging out the time camping is fine and accepted

If after 30 seconds, I make my way over to your spawn point, and you're still there, you deserve to be slayed. Map makers make the maps to be played on, not for people to sit in their spawn point and wait for their opponents to show up. Go ahead and camp, just leave your spawn first.

I don't get why people cry about camping so much. If you KNOW someone is going to camp, it's easy to kill them. In de-eagle people camp the same spots all the time, just look there. In church's, people are usually always inside there church up the ladder or on there own roof.

Is it just me or is killing campers easy? When I play certain maps on GG i WANT there to be campers in there spawn, thats how I get my kills.

IMO, just stop being bad and complaining.
These are the words you wish you wrote down.

People camp, people will continue to. Not everyone plays with a rush style. Believe it or not, some people actually think about what they are doing depending what gun they are using. Camping the same spot is NOT excessive as long as it isn't holding up the round. Prefire, you know they are there. Be smarter than the camper that isn't moving. If you cant kill him that is fail on your part.

If nothing goes on for 30 seconds or more then it's time to do something.

    Please close.

It is gungame, not regular. You are expected to camp when defending hostages or a bomb site. GunGame is all about killing, so if people are camping their spawn, there might be a few of them, so if you honestly think it is easy to kill campers go right ahead and try. If there is one, shouldn't be a problem, when there is more than one, you're screwed. Usually is more than 1 person camping in spawn too. Lately anyway.

GunGame is all about winning. You don't win if you rush head-first into the idiots on the other team who do the same thing. There's nothing wrong with hovering around spawn for the first minute of a game if you can gain from it, and there's nothing wrong with staying back while players with more W than S run toward their demise. If you sit in the same spot for a full round, though, or if you pace around in sleazy spots like your own roof on Churches, or the wooden supports on gg_007_abbey, then you're merely being pestilent, and ought to be struck down.
