He's not hacking. I will keep this short and simple and just post the key points:

~43700 - Maladjusted is coming up mid towards spawn in that little tunnel area, Spy notices him and shoots then backs up, when he comes back after the reload to find him again he checks up towards mid but it was obvious Mal ran towards the ramp to spawn. It would be extremely hard to ignore the instinct to follow the model behind the wall in that direction if he was in fact using walls.

~53300 - Spy behind a box in CT spawn, a CT comes past the box and in the path of Spy's crosshair, you see him make a small jerk right to check on a CT that popped up on radar but realizes there is one in front of him. He would have known that CT was coming before it was in front of him if he was using walls.

~95500 Spy headed towards pit down long A, teleports in that direction and as he lands it's obvious something popped up on his radar because he runs towards double doors but turns back and searches for a name to pop up. All of a sudden the vaga pops out of invisible and he starts shooting. A bullet catches the CT and leaves a blood trail. He follows the blood trail, not the player.

Bonus tic mark - If you want to see a bad ass kill, watch at tic mark 99000. He comes through long double doors to t spawn, kills a player that has thrown a grenade and teleports out of the way of the explosion.

Remember that you can always overturn a ban that you issued on a player if you feel the need to do so. Taking preemptive action is often a good thing to do and if you look back on the demo and decide you made a bad call please take the initiative to unban the player and get them back to the game as quick as possible! If for some reason you are unsure and you are uncertain about the ban you are about to issue remember that you can always post the demo in the forums and request that a ban be made.
