Also the admin can be using admin chat and admin center screen chat which is impossible not to see.

I've actually noticed that the center screen chat tends to disappear rather quickly. So if you post a warning, by the time people look to read it, it's normally already gone. Any way we can lengthen the amount of time it stays up?
