Holy Hacker, Batman!
I see that it might be questionable, but if you notice *while* he's lagging out, it's almost always either just at the beginning of the round (as if to practice a toggle button, perhaps) and right before making a kill. Seems like he's new at this, but it was pretty clear a few times. I have my own demo. Please review.

Looked at the demo and i see no real indication of toggling.
He lags at Tick 5200 in Goku's Demo but don't really look like aimbot when he got the headshot.
Also when posting a SourceTV demo, it really helps if you write at what Tick the hacking is at so we don't have to look through the whole demo.
