we let a few people in once a year... IBIS is very exclusive, and the clan is a brotherhood, we only let those in who have 1 proven themselfs worthy of being in it and 2 have made a significant impact in the community and are well known. it takes about 2 years minimum before people have a realistic shot at getting in.... and you only have a shot still after that time if you're a well known person in this community and above all well liked by the clan.

Fair enough although this clan is the only one I spend time actually gaming/interacting with. I've played over 120 hours of CS (since they started tracking) and I'm pretty sure the majority of that is on IBIS. I'm closing in on the two-year mark, I guess all I have to do is become more "known". I hope I'm already liked lol.
