Thread: Unrestrict the AWPs to 1 Per Team

    Actually it was always unrestricted, it wasn't until recently that it was changed unannounced and with no explanation. I just figured something broke, but I could be wrong.

    the "break" occured when the admin mod changed to Source Mod from Mani Admin.

    I unlock it to 1 per team everytime I am in pub.

    The command is sm_restrict awp 1.

    I don't know if ALL admins can unrestrict it to 1 per team, though.

    No rico, only ZERO, clan, and upper level admins have access to restricting weapons. The main problem I have noticed is that when the AWP is put back to 1, people start complaining.

    Zero, if you can edit the admin powers per server, could you add "sm_restrict awp 1" to the allowable commands for all admins only for the Pub server?

    Ran into an issue this weekend where some admins didn't even know the IBIS Pub #1 always allowed the awp to 1 per team.

    AWP is part of the game. Should be unrestricted imo. If you don't like dying by it, learn how to kill an awper.

    ...About right.

    Server is 100% better with 1awp per team...and some afk detection...
