Well what to say, yes I did not wear the tag because I just didn't put it on yet. I banned the guy because of the language and offending a group off people and pissing them all off. I don't know Howe it is here in the USA but in Europe we got manners and respect to each other and clearly disrespectful behaviour towards a group of people and clearly as purpose to piss them off big time is not something that should have place on server.

Second define the word abuse? does it mean missing a tag imminently means that someone is abusing?

The word abuse means:

To use wrongly or improperly
to treat in a harmful, injurious, or offensive way
to speak insultingly, harshly, and unjustly to or about; revile;malign

Since I did neither of any of those and the the guy in question clearly needed a time out and the server at that time allot of people where done with him I tought it was a proper solution.

Well you clearly did use your admin improperly by not wearing the tags while using your admin. So you sir are wrong.

abuse means you're not following the rules we have set in place that admins are required 2 follow... which you're clearly not.

this is not a democracy, this is not a country, this is IBIS... we're a dicatorship and the only thing that matters is the rules... I seriously suggest you read the TOS, and the server rules as failure 2 comply with them will lead 2 the removal of your admin.
