Penis being Anti large scale piracy is not him being pro-SOPA/PIPA. To an extent, I can agree with him.

It's because of the threat of piracy (and other reasons, mainly profit margins) that "consolization" in the gaming industry has become so prevalent in the last year alone. Some developers going as far as to blame it directly, and use it as an excuse as to why they hate developing for PC.

I don't agree with the global shutdown of megaupload as I was a subscriber, but they had it coming. Just like SOOOO many websites/companies who have been involved in pirating, directly or indirectly, have been shut down in the past. And you know what? More will keep on popping up, and more will be shut down. Why now, all of a sudden, are people getting their nipples in a twist about something that has been going on for the past decade?

Do you guys remember supernova.org? Fuck I loved that torrent site.
