Reason for perma ban: To be honest I do not know what kind of hack it is. I believe it is walls, or a hitbox ESP hack. The guy is not very good, and I believe he just got the hack and was trying to learn to use them. He joins on the second round, but after that round he turns off whatever he has running until later in the map. I asked for a second opinion from another admin and he agrees, but like I said the guy really is not good so it was hard.

Toggle walls/esp for sure. Round 2 confirms that, traces the guy from 2 turns away from him.

The screen shaking looked more like a vector no-recoil, simply because it never locked on to anything.
