If Zero found the need to pull your logs and investigate himself and immediately restrict your admin, which doesn't happen very often, something is quite wrong. In my case I am an admin who has no prior abuse, and definitely does not need to waste time arguing with one who does. Also here is Zero's words regarding yourself.

That little bit means I can in-fact use commands on you to enforce rules. In this case, I interpreted not just your questioning and the fact there was no need for it, but also the fact you were ignoring an admin (ULA at that, [which also gives me the right to do so to keep not only my game play but others good]) as disrespect. IBIS is a dictatorship, not a democracy. The faster everyone learns that the easier it will be to get good gaming going steady.

I didn't argue about privileges I got, I asked questions that fellow admins didn't answer about their use until after several attempts someone showed me where the rules were posted. I never once fucked with gravity and slapping/blinding/druging/slaying/kicking were all used when appropriate - INCLUDING how I dealt with the OP of the admin abuse report on me if this thread is an accurate depiction of the rules concerning the case.

Delayed punishments of people don't bother me, however given my admin abuse case it seems to be very clearly against the rules, being the offense I committed.

If you mass banned everyone in the server tonight it would still be the first offense and I doubt prior record would matter - my offense was doing exactly what you did tonight, there is no distinction between us in that regard aside from the fact that I punished someone who was being belligerent about it (and told him to stop), and you punished an admin offering a suggestion that perhaps you slayed the wrong person and didn't even pay the courtesy of explaining why. Repeatedly gagging, kicking and ultimately banning are not explanations - and for that matter you banned me IMMEDIATELY after I said I was going to report abuse - still not having an explanation as to why I was being repeatedly gagged or kicked other than you saying "seriously" after I ungagged myself to ask what the hell you did it for - at that point no longer concerned with your seemingly uncalled for slaying of a player, but for your abuse directed at me - I didn't even get the slightest explaination until reading the unban message after opening this thread (there was no message in the ban other than "banned from server") and seeing it was for ungagging myself, something that was enacted without provocation to start.

At what point did you not understand to shut up and listen. I tried to explain it all to you, lost my patience, gagged you to explain, yet you still did not want to listen. When a higher admin "punishes" you to force you to listen to an explanation, you have no right to reverse it at all. You shut the fuck up for 5 damn minutes and hear it out. If clan would have done the same to me I would have took the gag and heard them out. You should not have reversed the 5 minute gag in the first place (which by you doing so was against rules) and you would have gotten the explanation. After the kick and another gag, you STILL did not get the point. I then banned you so I didnt have to deal with you and I could play my game. Quite honestly, I didn't even see the im reporting abuse shit, nor did I care. If you looked further in the demo, you can clearly see were someone said something and I reply'ed he can take it to forums, I'm above him. Anyone that knows me enough knows damn well I don't deal with this kind of stupid shit in game nor do I have any type of patience for it, not from only old members, but new ones alike. It is yours and everyone elses job to know the rules, mine to enforce them. Quite honestly you also caught me on a day where my patience was running very thin to begin with and wanted no part in wasting what little time I had left to game arguing with someone questioning me when I know the rules, punishments, and exactly what I'm doing. I want my admin rights back - this is ridiculous - I was more lenient and had more patience to explain to someone WHY they were being punished than you were and I got privileges revoked for it. I didn't get so much as a warning (for offering a fucking suggestion that you might have typed the wrong name as the explanation you gave to the guy you slayed didn't fit what was visible in the prior couple minutes of me working to break into his cade as a zombie), and no, over the several minutes of being in the game after the initial gag before the ban you did not once explain why the hell I was gagged or kicked or answer the initial question - just gag-kick-gag-ban.

I did, and the logs are entirely out of context without corresponding demos. Of the two demos attached:
Demo 1 for which the complaint was filed: you can clearly see a player questioning and insulting an admin and being punished for it (and for that matter only after several maps of inflammatory comments from the player).
Demo 2 regarding a ban: I have since spoken to a couple of admins about it and have come to understand that what appeared to be no-clipping was the result of shutting off parachutes at the start of ze_sorrento when the player was in the air - I shut off parachutes because it is a map that players abuse parachutes on every time to get at the secret boat, and I mistook the reduced gravity for no-clipping. I have since apologized to the player regarding this as I was in the wrong.

Steamer owned the cade, you admitted you were wrong in that claim and I could give 2 shits if steamer wanted 2 finish the round before acting on it. he doesn't need 2 stop mid round and handle it, there's nothing wrong with him making sure the zombies don't get him till end of round.

there is 0 reason for you 2 reverse a ULA command on you. if you have an issue, report it, do not reverse what they do as it will only make things worse for yourself.
