How did he/she abuse:
Steamer slayed someone for cade breaking that he was nowhere near (he had just gotten tagged, him and his roommate certainly built a terrible cade, but he did not cade break) I tried to say he got the wrong person because there were enough people there he might have just made a typo. Steamer then gagged me, I ungagged myself and said wtf - tried to again state he slayed the wrong person and that it wasn't a cade breaker, he kicked me, I came back onto the server and was immediately gagged, I ungagged myself and again asked wtf, there were also others in the couple seconds before he banned me asking why I had gotten kicked, then I was banned. Still not sure what the hell its all about, no excuse was given when I got banned and I was in no way shape or form abusing admin, but steamer definitely is.

Get your facts right. I was in the cade with Review or w/e the hell his name is when it was broke to shit. Get the demo and post proper. Have fun looking like a dumb fuck. If you didn't see it all, shut the fuck up and keep quite. I was there, I can handle shit myself, and I sure in the hell don't need you of all people questioning me about what I do. You already have legit abuse under your belt. Excuse was, shut the hell up and mind your own damn business and you didn't. Not after the gag, the kick, or the next gag. To even get you to shut your fucking mouth banning you for the less then 10 minutes was all that was left to do. I never once abused admin, don't plan too, and especially didn't in this case. No demo no proof, but I'll provide that for ya as well.

Anyway, as you'll see in the demo, me and review are in the room, I go to cade up the bookshelf and the guy I banned for 10 minutes shot it in. After I go out to fix it, the guy slayed decides its a great idea to nade the hell out of the props. Tagged, go to spec, ban then slay. Thats when Kamikaze decides to chime in on what I did when "I didn't see it". If he would of just shut his mouth instead of thinking he knew exactly what went down, none of this would have taken place.

at 22:56 (tick 91771) myself and another zombie break into the cade of ReviewR and Sheldor the Conqueror - almost immediately after Sheldor is slain by Steamer, who says "cade breaking" in spite of the fact that no cade breaking occurred (i was immediately outside of the door ReviewR and Sheldor were cading and over the course of about a minute myself an another zombie were able to pull two objects out and get inside. Trying to tell steamer he must have slain the wrong person follows at around 23:20

Go before that tick, from when me and Review enter the room. That will explain the rest, and why I went into spec and did what followed. You did not see the entire thing Kamikaze, or you just do not know the rules. The cade was mine. The first guy had no right to break the bookcase, and Sheldor had no right to nade the props. Trying to tell me I slayed the wrong person when I in-fact slayed the right person is stupid. Continuing to argue about it was even more stupid. Higher ups can decide the rest. Here is a section of the rules for ya.

I checked before it and you are correct, though you could have simply addressed what I said without gagging me, or answered wtf i was being gagged/kicked for at any point rather than enacting punishment without the slightest explanation as to why. For that matter, if delayed punishments are allowed after entering spec and watching the person (seeing nothing new after entering spectator mode), as are punishments for people arguing with admins without a need to give an explaination - why the hell am I being sanctioned? You did the exact same thing I did to get my admin access restricted and while yes, an explanation would be appreciated prior to having been gagged/kicked/gagged/banned (or at any point prior to one of those punishments) even if it's not required this is a damn double standard.

I tried to explain, I gagged you to explain it further and you failed to take the explanation. I asked you not to ungag yourself to explain further again and you did not listen at all. I do not have patience for bullshit. The punishment was not delayed, as I was trying to fix the shit before I was tagged. After I was tagged I then went into spec to do what I was going to do anyway. I did not do nor have ever done the exact thing you have. Your situation is completely different from anything I have done and should not even be compared.

My admin abuse case stemmed from punishing someone in a delayed fashion after going into spec (about as delayed as this) and then punishing someone for arguing with me (who wasn't even an admin) about why someone else was punished. It's actually a bit worse in your case because I was simply suggesting you typed the wrong name as you didn't appear to be anywhere near it, as a fellow admin, and in my case it was a player who had been running his mouth for several games going off claiming it was admin abuse.
