im posting this for proof that playwithme is excessively biased against me. ive been banned for racism so when i see another player get away with it, i find that unfair, maybe im being a little too overreacty lol. but when playwithme gags me for no reason at all, its really annoying and makes me wanna not play this server. also there were a couple instances of cade breaking and she did nothing about it. and since i was gagged i couldnt say someone was cadebreaking my cade! when im underground and itouchmyself comes in he starts shooting my machine while i was trying to set it up and then i stop to type (which you cant see me typing) and then i throw a grenade at his ass and start shooting at him. just watch it and youll see what i mean

First of all, stop cursing because of that you get the gag in the first place and because you do it allot people tempt to gag you faster then other people because you do it so regular. Secondly if someone is destroying your cade while you being gagged record it or take screen shots and post it here, for that moment it is very frustrated but at least the guy who destroys the cade will get his warning/punishment.

And from my own experience at prime time hours it is very very difficult to keep the chat box in check there is so much one person can do if there 10 people chatting it is just so difficult to keep track of all of it. admins are just also people from flesh and blood, so my advice try to distance yourself from cursing all the time which make it so that admins want to gag you les fast when you go on rampage.

oh yes, didn't you know? It's in the new rule section, " rules for the softy and whining prone" it even states that players are entitled to one diaper change.

He should not be getting gagged for using curse words. If he is consistently badgering and disrespecting players and admins, then a gag is justified. As far as racism is concerned he is also fine so long as he hasn't directly refrenced a player in the server as it would be grounds for disrespect.

Well that is basic the case, for me pissing people off and cursing for every little thing like a broken record is enough for me to gag someone at some point because people react at some point which they lost there temper and have no respect whatsoever for people playing or admins who warn them.

SO, lets jsut get the obvious out of the way; im one of the more active regular zm admins and id like to think i know a great deal of the regs who pass through. AS WELL AS the people who are constantly causing shit. can you guess which group you fall under? im not "biased" against you or anybody else in the server (or whatever you were trying to say). im just not a big fan (nor is any other admin) of people who come in the server trolling cussing an btiching left an right. there hasnt been A SINGLE TIME where you an i were in the server together(an thats a daily basis id say) where you were a civilized human being and were nice. every round of every map, youre bitching on about how terrible a map is or how so an so is an idiot (or my fav) how a particular admin is terrible at their job. you swear in chat 10x more than hallwagner ever did in mic. AN THATS SAYIN SOMETHIN KIDDO. for you, being gagged IS A BLESSING compared to what another admin may do; kick or ban perhaps? im pretty lenient and most would agree.,

now, as meltdown had touched base on, ITS IMPOSSIBLE for any single admin to see and hear EVERYTHING that goes on in a server at a given time. people are always calling out stuff like "ZOMG **** BROKE MY CADE BAN HIM NOW" <--- yeah sorry but cant act on that, we cant punish what we dont witness. warnings ofc, maybe even spec the accused. but acting on the word of someone just doesnt fly.

i need to see the demo of the day you got gagged, and the day you took this picture, because im hearing 2 different stories, and this is a pretty technical case, because:

what i know about zm:
1- it's full of retards, all the gd regs have gone extinct.2
2- it's full of racists,
3- it's full of cade/rule breakers.
4- it's full of conflicts and problems
5- AGAIN, IT'S FULL OF RETARDS.

facts:
- an admin cannot simply be omnipresent and see everything from all view points at once, if an admin missed a foul play, people with inform him/her and the admin will issue a sentence at the next occurence at most.
- racism is allowed playwithme and meltdown, i personally dnt condone it myself, but it's not up to me, God ive seen zero call out " Fucking NIGGERS!" every time i backstabbed him in GG. HOWEVER, racism towards ANOTHER player, specially an admin, is strictly not allowed.
- a player cant be muted for constant bitching or cursing about the server or gameplay, or else i wouldnt have a use for my mic at home,considering my raging :P, HOWEVER, there's a line when the bitching becomes blatant continuous admin/player disrespect which would then fall under the "disrupting the game play' category.

So really, this thread is useless unless DEMOS are provided. I can see that playwithme missed the "directed" racism in the console screenshot u gave, but it happens that admisn miss shit, specially in zmod where there's a lot of !ztele's and such that spam the chat... but i want you to start recording shit that admins do to u , if any really... zip them, and post them... cool?
