sounds like they disconnected your keyboard or didn't secure it properly when reassembling your laptop. you can send it back, you can open it and fix it yourself, OR you can plug in a usb keyboard. any one of those.

OR you could always buy my gaming laptop...
I have a very kick ass gaming laptop with blu ray player and its own Geforce card.
Not gonna mention a price on here as I'm not advertising this to just anyone...
It's a great laptop for gaming I just never go anywhere so I never use it.
