    Explain. As I don't see how it would possibly make a difference. The internal addresses themselves would still be routed to a single external be it 4 or 6. You would still have to request a single static IP for the other client from the ISP, which you can do on IPV4.

    If it were me and I was in a situation like such, I would have directed the traffic from that internal client out to a temporary proxy / open VPN.
