I reviewed it alrdy, no reason for ban in my opinion, he jumped into the spot and like nothing happen but 2 deaths, warning was on place here but no ban.

Its not that he didn't kill anyone, its that he DID try to. It has been a rule for as long as I can remember and if you are the Scubasteve that I remember you should have know that.

yeah there has been the rule of prenukeing the map is a ban i believe it was ruled under team killing.

pre nuking is against the rules... you broke the rules and were given a short temp ban. the ban has expired.
