I tool the liberty of uploading the SourceTv Demo for you guys and I will also include some ticks of interest:

3400-4500 (He is shooting @ the fence and then turns around and shoots through the other fence at an enemy just rounding the corner)
4900 - flips around again and goes straight to another enemy
5400 - Knows there is someone under him before you can hear footsteps, then Perseus his enemy downstairs.
6900 - sets his crosshair on the wall to try and lead the guy coming around the corner, gets killed by him.
9300 - same thing as ticks 34-4500.
10300 - shoots a guy through the fence...

I'm not even going to bother to include anymore ticks. Within in the first 5 minutes of the demo it is SO apparent that he is walling. My vote is YES YES AND MORE YES.
