generally the first time you're found doing it, you get another ban that's longer than the original ban. if the person gets busted for something again and does the process all over, thats when it's a perma ban, or a real long ass temp.. depending on the situation.
for now, it's a 2 month temp ban as he was already serving and had almost completed a 3 week ban...
