Still missing the entire point of this thread was to reset the races so that new comers A) have a chance and B) might possibly get ppl to play again because they can level up again ( relive the experience of leveling up)
I never join anymore because its pointless to play with maxed races and people just team stack its always been a problem maybe if you can have a way to have it device the teams based on level that would be something ( maybe you already did im just trolling forums )

How about instead of subjegating everyone to a reset, you ask to have your exp reaet individually. If you find it boring due too being maxxed... asked for a peraonal reset.

This whole.. new players just leave cause the maxed players stomp... excuse doant fly. Human is arguably the strongest and most frustrating race to play againts and new players have it as a starting race. If players keep dying, they should get better at css in general. Exp and the number of races someone has is not a testament to skill.

Yes Human is indeed strong when you max it however there are many races that can beat it and i feel its just the assholes who are keeping the server unpopulated you dont listen to any ideas except your own and just bash anyone who says otherwise ( yes that was a human reference)

That is not true amd it doant matter how much you change the server, of players cant get past the initial learning curve, they should be playing in a mini game server. The biggest problem and cause for qq is not players lacking races and exp. Its players who are genuinely bad at counterstrike. I can promise you right now, the 10 player I can think of off the top of my head.. will wreck just as hard with a mass reset. So a mass reset ia not the solution. As I suggested previously. If you personally find it boring, ask for a peraonal reset. That option is available to you.

I'd like to state that ... even if the server was reset (levels and XP) alongside with psychostats getting reset....

It's going to last for about another year before it needs another reset like this. If that even. I might be also giving it too much seeing how hitting 975 levels .... doesn't take FOREVER but it takes FOREVER.

I vote to bring back over-leveling. It's gonna increase XP gains on people who kill the higher leveled Vagas, Succubus Hunters, Santas, Undead Scourge, etc.... but That's just a bonus for killing that player imo. It's part of the reason I actually had stopped playing as much as I did maybe. Personal opinion though, take it how you will.

Why are you getting offended? I never once denounced anyone's ideas and equally respect them as i respect my own. Being that i own my own community, ill help you understand a couple things that revolve around what you have stated.
By shunning the server because you find it boring.. you are part of the problem. Servers dont magically fill themselves when they are consistently empty. Look at pub in the past for example. What did a few members of our community do about it? They started toughing it out and playing in the server more often. Making it a fun and welcoming place. When i a server is populated, people join it.
You have this singular mindset that the only way to fix this problem is to reset everyone's hard work and commitment. I can tell you right now, aside from myself, people will disagree. Its a fact that you must bear with in life. Not everyone is going to agree with what you think.

As far as actually addressing the issue.. no one has given a clear and concise description as to what it is. No one has described any factors that are resulting in the problem. If we dont know that.. how do we fix it? Fixing a big problem like this requires taking it one step at a time. Its moot to toss yourself into a brick wall when you can chip away the foundation.

Players have the ability to request exp resets. A few bold WCS vets who truly want to make a difference should lead the way. This puts them back into the server and populating it. Step one accomplished.

The overleveling was what made it fun. You could see just how high you could get a race.

Without it, there just isn't any fun in playing a maxed race.

Level 200 Vagalions made for very good XP.

The problem with that is you wont be able to find the problem because its been empty for a few months now and no one has done anything to fix it so you can keep trying to find the foundation for a year or you can bull doze it down and start building over i personally just think its a better idea to start over and add overleveling you should take a vote and see again which one you want to move foward until then this thread is pretty much dead ( maynard close incoming )

I remember hearing awhile back that there was some looking into of converting all the XP we have over-gained after maxing to turn it into levels for our races in order to convert the server from max levels to over-leveling
I don't have any confirmation, but vaguely VAGUELY remember something like this being said... But if not, well; I'm fine with a mass reset of the server if that provides over-leveling. Just would like to state that this Mass Reset should be advertised as what date it would be before it happens.

Also, that would mean I have 3 accounts to level; Wolfenstinger, Malevolence, and Renegade.
