banned 3 racist/ mic spammers/ tkers.

Definitley way to harsh for mic spamming muted is acceptable but there is nothing against racist words in our servers, just tags and shit so banning someone for saying something racists is uncalled for mute is acceptable. Also the perma bans for tking you need to give them a day or more not a fucking perma ban.
I. Kicks
Should be given out to players to break the rules and disrupt the game. A verbal and admin say warring should be given out in advanced of a kick.
1) If players fail to respond within a reasonable time frame they should be kicked for violation of any of the following

2) The following can be upgraded directly to a "short" temp ban with the discretion of the ADMIN. Remember that the player should still be warned before any ban or kick is issued.

but for the record, i DID warn them to cut it out and they did hear me since they started to make fun of me and disrespecting me etc... i did tell them that shit like that can get them banned. one of them responded by "u have a big mouth there, why dont u put it to use", and the other guy started calling me an N word... yeah, warning time was over at that point. ban was done.

true that, i might have just been in hurry bcos of my exams.... but to be honest, warned in text or not, they werent the kind of ppl that would have mattered to them... they were trolling racist tkers.... txt or audio, i think they made it clear what they were...
ps: anyone notice how none of them even bothered to post an unban thread?.... they know they deserved it... even if it was harsh,i admit to that.

I think Zero and James have shared some good words of wisdom.

I for one give you props for admitting your mistake (We need more admins to follow your lead in the future).
Keep up the good work and just make sure your real life doesn't cause you to make hasty decisions in the future...
otherwise I think this has all been straightened out.
