Abuse: Excessive use of noclip command
Proof: Demo's
Taz was noclipping around the map and by using a bound command putting other players in noclip as well. This went on for 3 or 4 maps and as of this post is more than likely still happening. It's extremely annoying for other players when you see people flying to spots through the air or floating above you and shooting at you. And i'm sure it was especially annoying for the other people who often ended up stuck outside of the map. I apologize for not having more proof, but this went on for a while and i didn't want to keep demoing for such a long time.

they changed there name and i was trying to fix my bind. while i was trying to fix. i had to see if it was fixed.
On scrapyard where i first noticed you doing it you made no effort to fix your bind and continued to use it for the duration of the map. It was only when Pit_Viper commented about it 2 or 3 maps later that you decided to change your bind.

Was out of town for the weekend. Yea no one should be using no clip unless there is good reason as it is not even one of your powers. The only way to use it is to buypass the restriction using rcon and is thus an abuse right there. His rcon and perma ban powers have been removed on all servers. Taz you have always been fun to pay with on the servers and I know you can be cool, so just chill out on the admin usage and have some regular fun without abusing. You can get these powers back over time; however, you can also lose your admin all together if you continue to abuse after this.

It's a precaution to make sure admins dont go pull a walter (or dog brother, or zombie, or katana)
When I get a chance I will be doing a 7 day audit of admin logs to find anyone else still abusing this. Anyone that is will lose rcon.
As for perma ban you are only losing this for a week or two. The reason is that perma ban is a very important privilege based on the trust that it will not be abused. Right now I can not trust that it will not be abused so you will get it back as soon as I have reason to trust that it will not be missued. Once you get that back you can then work toward getting rcon back over time by showing that you are not going to abuse anything.

Taz was not the only one, there are some people still use that and they don't even give a shit about other player. The problem is not him, he just learned from other people, because if they keep doing it that will make other admin think " yeah, i can do it too "

This also includes ALL players even those that "might" want to take the TOS into their own hands when things seemingly go unanswered, as that in itself is a violation, so please don't as I would hate to see any if the good people get restricted for an act of spontanaity they will eventually regret.
