I do not HACK. I don't know how to hack. My flippin laptop glitched up and went back to main windows explorer screen. I could hear shooting but could not see the screen. So I had to force close CS. I come back and I'm banned...cmon now! I enjoy playing on that server, but this is ridiculous. This is Ron Paul 2012. I've also been Fire Andy Reid and Eagles Suck.

I just made this profile on ibisgaming to find out why I was banned. My laptop glitched like if you hold shift too long it will ask for sticky keys and froze up CS so I had to force close.

the first one up top IS a speculation, and i stated it in my 4th thread that he MIGHT be the same mozart that came under a different account after i banned the other mozart.

that said, now go look at all the 3 steam IDs, its same fucking steam id banned by me, and alex (and a 1 hour ban by xerenix for TKing, smthn he does constantly from what i demoed).

And if you go to Alex's thread , he has linked the user perma request made by a regular to his PREVIOUS bans of mozart, and the thread was not edited. So no, it is not me speculating that it's the same guy banned 3 times for the same wallhacking reason, i am CERTAIN it is him, and he just joined now under a different forums account than last time to act all cuddly and innocent and throw us off, but I looked at the steam IDs and did my research before requesting the perma, im not one of those trigger happy admins.

AND PROOF? are u seriously asking for proof? i posted 3 demos ABOVE of him hacking when "I" was on the server, regardless of any previous bans he had which i didnt even know about until later.
And dont you dare tell me "my demo's lack evidence" considering there only have been TWO views of the first demo, and ONE view of the second demo, and i know who viewed them. So you didnt.

i apologized to him for speculating his Eagles Suck and wtvr his other name he mentionned were different ACCOUNTS not names, but that is only because there is a very high probability that mozart has another account he used to bypass THIS ban, and therefore should be treated as a multi-account user until the IP addresses are compared and other shit.
But i did NOT "speculate" that he hacks, it took me a good 3 hours of demo reviewing in slow motion and wireframe to get this.


LETS REVIEW: ShadedFlash, Baby Panda, Wassabi, Alex, Jerm, and I spectated him under suspicion of wallhacks and aim toggling, on different occasions, without discussing among eachother... Clearly, something about him is fishy in order to rise soo many accusations from soo many people. Jerm was the one who called me up on the server saying that he has been specing Mozart who seems fishy for walls, and surely enough , i watched him play for 3 hours, then went aside and watched my demos constantly until i got enough evidence to say that he is BS. I could be wrong, sure. we all make mistakes, but clearly "too many of us" would be wrong about the same guy, for the same reason ....

So if Mozart hacks, then you must prove that "Whatnow" is the same person. I agree it seems fishy, nut it is a presidential slogan, and if you use those keywords on a Steam search you get over 100 hits. I would like to see a IP match b4 we jump the gun and group what could be 2 players together.

(Edit) Using SteamIDconverter it shows that one of the players if from the US, while the other is from Panama. I do not know where it pulls that info from though.

if you look at the source ban, i banned 2 ppl named mozart.
If "whatnow" joined the forums claiming that i banned him , then he must be one of the 2 mozarts there.
Let;s review tho:
i banned the first mozart IN game, with the admin menu, and submitted it as "Wallhacks"

whereas the second ban, with the same name that joined after the first ban, was banned from source mod ONLINE. and the only reason i said there was that "he was banned under the assumption temporary that he is the same mozart."

now if the guy came here guns blazing that "he was in the middle of a game, and then got banned for wallhacking", wouldnt that mean he was the guy banned from the menu? i.e the first guy in game?
what is the confusion about tho... are you guys asking me if Whatnow's forums account is mozart's? or if the 2 mozarts are the same, and not only the same mozart yesterday, but the same mozart banned 2 other times before ?...

No not at all. The source bans last ban on him was Ron Pual 2012, the (Mozart?) was put there by cyber, the steam id's do not match, nor do the IP's. Mozart has been banned for hacking before, and unbanned for not being found guilty. It would have behooved cyber to of had someone watch them before making any bans and getting in to this "Speculation" mess. Ron Paul is a fraction away from being the republican nominee, it is a very common name right now. Even if the guy is both guys, he cant be perma banned for avoiding the ban unless he was found guilty of hacking in these demos provided, which i dont see btw.

I want to thank mikey for pointing out who is Ron Paul in general. I'm not in USA so for me, that was a unique and random name, as opposed to how common it actually is in america.
That said, i am a bit curious as to how "perfect" the timing was when as soon as i banned a guy named mozart Ron Paul 2012 at 2:07 pm, ANOTHER Ron Paul 2012 shows up at 2:20 pm ? ... and never seen these 2 at the same time in the server all night until that time.... and then a guy joins with "whatnow" as a nickname on the forums? ... i personally thought it a bit provocative for a guy who could have been accidentally banned for mistaking him with someone else...

Also, i wasnt the one who thought it was mozart at first, i actually left the server just after i banned the hacks-suspected mozart, and it was Jerm that wrote me on steam saying , and i quote "mozart is back on the servers" ( i told wtf? i just banned the guy) , and he said "maybe under another account, he's still Ron Paul 2012 after you banned him..."
So i went there and issued a TEMPORARY ban , not for hacks, but for assuming it was the same guy, considering the 'coincidence" of him joining with the same "random for me" name as the guy i just banned...

I will unban the Ron paul 2012 guy, that joined afterwards (not the one banned mutually by me and alex for alleged hacking) and let him enjoy the server until there's a comparison of their IP adresses and whatnot. If it turns out to be the same person, AND proven hacking on other server, i will revert back to the ban.


Now can we stop worrying about the double account since i unbanned it, and actually settle if he was hacking or not please?:) it was not an easy decision to be honest... i hesitated between calls every moment,,, but those red moment seemed too fishy for me... coupled with Jerm's announcement that he thought he hacks, that ended up being my decision after hours of meditating in a long night... but i stand by my ruling regardless :)

Just a warning, follow the correct format next time by having Username(of banned user) /Date(of ban) Time(of ban)/ STEAMID(of banned user) in the title since it takes less than a minute to copy paste the info from the Sourceban as i'm tired of people posting sloppy threads.

As for mozart, im going to be straight with ya, he was one of a spree of 3 hackers i banned in a row for hacks, and if he hacks, he's good at hiding it. But i watched for hours, and considering that i play complex and deagle every other map, i know my share of it.

If i was at the V, where he was, on complex, i wouldnt start randomly shooting at the right side window , spraying constantly until a guy who never showed up before decides to come out of the window... It aint romeo and juliette...i would have either gone a bit higher ground by going to the balcony, waitig to pick off the guy leaving the spot, or surprise them by running behind them with a knife, heck even gun/...

I wouldnt stand at the V intersection, shooting like a maniac for over 15 seconds at someone im nkt supposed to be seeing, emptying my clip, and leaving myself exposed to 3 entry points to the V sector where i could get killed instantly, specially if i ran out of bullets..

So after watching the demo's I have to admit that that is the shadiest video I have ever seen. At the same time it is really hard to pinpoint anything on him. He acts so randomly throughout the whole Complex demo I cant tell what his hacks are. Do I believe he hacks, yes I do. At the same time I can see nothing that proves he hacks. 9 out of his 10 kills are questionable, and I truely believe the only time he tracks people is out or drawothermodels 2 range. My official opinion should go down and neither yes, or no. Undecided.

in my gut i just know he hacks, many demos have been taken of him, i studied this shit for HOURS (specifically this guy) and im not gonna lie by boasting "it was obvious!!" ... bcos it wasnt. The demos i took may look conclusive to some, but not to others, because his actions are weird, and fall along well with the theory that he is "foreshadowing" people by toggling walls every now and then just to check the distant playing field, and move in the map accordingly...
I studied it a lot, and finally took a hard but meticulous decision to ban him.
Again, not following guts. If i was following guts i would have ban-hammered u on the spot and then ended up here with no evidence. But no, i brought as much shit as i could dig up... he's good at hiding it tho, i'll credit him that.

I evolved a lot in spotting hackers, this one was a challenge, but my decision has been made, i want to prove that every other admin who called hacks on him was right, because i dont believe in coincidences when many admins either call hacks or feel sketchy about the same guy... distinctly, on different occasions.
