I see no harm in it. Let the basement dwellers get those levels that mean nothing at all. They will....oh, they will.

I feel it gives a justification to whoring the "better" races if they're rewarded with more levels and can gain a higher War3 rank more easily than people who took the time to finish off the more difficult/less desirable races.

Rank is clearly the most important thing in the WCS.
