I'm confused though, does State law trump federal law? Is this a cruel joke that has yet to reveal the punchline of federal agents breaking down the doors of hippies?
Tastes like your moms kisses.
Of course it doesn't, but you must read into the big picture more. It's more about personal petty "rights". I'm sure they wont care about you much or what you're doing. No fed agency is gonna want to waste the time and money unless there are some big seizures and $$$ involved. IE: California, ect, ect "Medical" use, taxes and growing permits. Smoke it in front of the Police officer, I'd advise against doing it near the ATF, DEA, FBI, ICE, ect. Watch your job with drug test's, would highly advise against it if you work for the government... lol. More sates will follow, the fed only has so much time to try and do what they can. I suppose it will go as prohibition did, just take much more time.

I wouldn't be surprised if they pulled the same thing as they did with the drinking age and pull highway funding if they keep it legal
(If you don't know a lot of states had the drinking age of 18 but they caved under the pressure of not getting government funds)
Yea feds can still get you, and the states can not do much if you get cought by the feds.
But yea I like seeing it finally start to swing to regulating it. Seriously regulate and tax it, 3 billion in the pocket and you spend less on the prison system. Would be one of the many small things to help out the budget.
Why did Oregon fail to pass it I wonder?
some context for the <strikethrough> Mexxi...</strikethrough>Non-Americans would be nice.
