I agree. weighing in on the ban requests (specifically the less obvious ones) would help...but as far as being a standup admin and a good example for other admins to follow; stars is it. I havent seen much on the side of hacking requests though.

Stars, we've been around together as admins for a good while now. You're definitely giving everyone their run for their money when it comes to being an exemplary and level-headed admin.
I know you have good hacker catching skills from what I've seen you throw at me. (You Steam me some of the annoying ones, I'll give you that.)
But I want to see more of your skills (no pun intended).
Weigh in on bans more often, like owns said. Make your vote matter. Carry on more bans, even if you have to go to the exiled Pub server to do it.

But 2/12 total bans for aimbot?.... That's not much man. And I am taking into account the fact that our ban records got reset last year, but the past doesn't matter: I want you pulling your weight NOW.
Work hard to lock a spot in for you.

It's not entirely about the bans he made, more so about seeing the skill in bans he gets involved in. Hell, I didn't make too many myself, just jumped in all the others and weighed in with my skillz.

Oh i know he has the skills. I said that. Hell he gave me some of the harder cases i've gotten involved in. I'm just saying that i want a blood hound sniffing shit everywhere.. Which im sure he can do, given the incentive.
