knife fight improvement

Yeah i dont think punishing the person who refuses would be a good choice. I can understand needing it for runners, however..some people just dont want to knife. I do think that after the menu comes up to choose one or two, there should be a time limit that, once expired, would automatically refuse.

i would be alright with beaconing anyone that doesn't end up choosing an option. refusing the fight is 100% ok, but not picking one is bad.
