i get what u guys are saying about lag, but even with that, he's snapping left and right.
the deagle shot towards the end at 40%,
the mp5 3 killing a row, symetric movement left and right, snap to head hs, and then instant down with a jitter... (TICK 18400 was one of the most conclusive for me)
note that 99% of his kills were HS... with lag? yeah ok...

i watched more than the ticks carm provided.
and i still think it's hacks.

lag excuse wont cut it on this one, for me at least.
