I did not call you names. I simply stated how I felt you were in violation of the Admin TOS. You demand respect, yet you call people derogatory names. You get pissed when a guy playing human as the last CT tells you to STFU when he is moving to the objective. He was even running! Sure, there may have been more to it, but from what I saw and heard in chat, it was pretty ridiculous. I did not complain when you changed the map to Vertigo (and map changing is not the only admin actions I was referring to). I only disliked the one you picked the other night because it was giving myself and others visual glitches.

Speaking of, after you left (you said you got disconnected) we RTVed or asked the other admin who was on to change it (I can't remember off the top of my head). It got changed to italy, which I did not ask or vote for. When you came back, you bitched for a good 10 minutes about having just played italy etc, etc. I vote for the map i would like to play, which often is not the one that wins the majority vote. I never cry about it, and simply play. Try not to project such a negative attitude, and people might treat you better. <<pro life tip

I was simply stating that I see you take Admin actions much more often than most other Admins, and that you do not know the rules, even though you "read them yesterday from top to bottom" and that "you'll get pissed if you have to find the ruling" (even though you were clearly wrong in this case). Also, you don't always wait till the next map starts. I've seen you change it mid-round before, several times. I'll start saving the demos now, if you really want me to build a case against you to get your admin revoked. I'm really just tired of hearing you whine every time you come on. If it isn't one thing, it's another. Your attitude isn't helping this community in the least.

I've been nothing but respectful to you even when I don't agree with you in the least, and that is how you treat me. Thanks. For example, when you told me to drop the discussion we were having on the rule, I did, even though you bitched and bitched about it after everyone else shut up about it.

P.S. There is no rules about if the bomb leaves the map, because it is against the rules to take it off the map in the first place. I had no intention of doing so, and thus the admins on took no action against me. My point was and still is that qq was intentionally camping where he could not be shot. INTENT is the key word here. I broke the rules unintentionally and by accident. He did it on purpose. (at this point I tried to use votekick to get him to stop when you told us not to do so) Your arbitration was wrong and making the rules more confusing.

If there was any validity to your statements I would concern myself with it but since its here say and the demos show me doing no wrong and noone has any proof of me doing anything wrong and even admitting this in your comments why would you expect me to take responsibility for accusations and lies. i just wanna say one thing :
You do not deserve respect simply for wearing a tag. You earn that respect for using your tag properly. Admin is not a privilege, but a responsibility.
I've yet to see EXACTLY what's going on, but from what i read from brett, who i trust his dictations of ticks, i can see that Resolution is really trigger happy when it comes to "enforcing the rules".
All i can say is that, regardless of the output of the admin abuse charges, res u need to relax a bit on the admin usage.
Don't take anything that people tell you as disrespect... if i banned anyone who told me to "chill the fuck out cyber" when i rage, there wouldn't be players in the server anymore lol...

For example, I'm a rage. I KNOW im a rage. I get mad sometimes. But ask around the server, u'll see that people still respect me (and like me, i hope) as an admin because i refrain from abusing power (not saying u are) when im in such state of mind. I simply fall back, digress on the issue, and see where i stood on it. 10 mins of turning ur mic off and cooling off makes a whole difference in the eyes of people looking at u raging.

Be respectful to others. imo (and my opinion only), the "admin disrespect" rule should only be enforced if you are actually trying to be a proper law-enforcer and a good model, and u're still being trolled.
If you started shit and disrespected others and enticed them to call you out on the rage-mode, u shouldn't simply get to hide behind the tag. It's a like a cop who starts bashing on u and hitting u and then if u hit back, he arrests u and claims the badge. While it may slide at that time, people are watching and judging how u interact.

Again thats only my opinion on the last paragraph. and i really don't mean anything illfull to u res, we've actually started to mend the issues between us that started off wrongfully over miscommunication.
I'm just stating that most "good" admins almost never use their admin until they can no longer keep people in check. it's the last thing u should do, AFTER u give THEM a chance to relax, while YOU are relaxed.

55K On vertigo is a little quick on the draw, l2eso. I wouldn't have gone about it in THAT way, however, once you warn him not to disrespect you, he does it again, obviously disregarding the rules. He also KNOWS the rules and the consequences since he's been playing here forever... Is it a dick move to be that damn testy? yeah, ..abuse? No.

I will say that l2eso gave blackeagle quite a few chances and never actually banned the guy. Then, let's his obvious misuse of the skybox slide:

As far as blackeagle being in an illegal location..this is an isolated incident with specific considerations. The T's lost the bomb (accidentally) and so the objective could not be completed and the new objective becomes to kill eachother (discussed with maynard, since he's a WCS rulebook). Blackeagle was camping..and the rule says Camping is not allowed. However, an admin does NOT have to punish a player for these things. However, I believe l2eso was in minunderstanding of the rules.

I believe people were just trying to be clear on the rule. You were wrong about the rule. Technically, an admin can punish blackeagle for being in the spot and camping, but you did not. Which is funny to me, because last time you told him to do his objective (and he was, mind you) it blew up and you acted as if you were the end all be all. Keep in mind people, that admins do not HAVE to punish for these things, but if you're going to wear the tag, and act as a strict admin, then you better be prepared for some scrutiny when you don't do what people expect you to do! It's part of being admin.

Locust, to be fair, you did enter the situation without even knowing the full story. Based on what i've seen you post before, it seems you have it out for l2eso and so I can see him being defensive when you enter the game and scrutinize his stand on things, when you weren't there and are obviously misinformed.

l2eso, if you believe that scrutiny from players, and constant checking of the rules is a "distraction from the game" as you put it, then you REALLY should rethink your decision to be admin. Being admin is more work than people think (unless you're totally fucking useless). Realize, that there are standards on how you treat people. You can't treat people like shit, and then expect any form of positive feedback. You're going to get slammed if you keep up the approach of "my way or no way" and ruling with an iron fist..sometimes!.

On the other side of things,

I've noticed that a lot of players seem to be on a witch hunt when it comes to l2esolution. To all the regular players and admins who aren't senior..Remember that the BEST approach when you disagree with an admin is to bring the evidence to the forum or directly to a clan member so that it can be dealt with right away. Instead, many of you let it build and build until a heated argument explodes and it's a big clusterfuck of who did what. When an admin tells you to do something, typically you should do it..wether you agree or not! IF you do not..like I said, bring it to the attention to someone who can DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Don't argue with them, get them and yourself heated, and let emotions get in the way of the rules and what is right/wrong.

In summary..

I see a hothead admin that is WAY to harsh and approaches situations in a hostile manner which receives completely negative responses from the players involved. I see no ACTUAL abuse here..but my advice is above.
