Correct rates very by client, if you have dectne internet speed like at least 1Mb/s than you will want rate set to atleast 50000

You should configure your lerp based on how good your connection and lag issues are. If you get high latency or are on wireless you need a lerp of 100. If your on a solid connection and never have lag and a low ping lower settings work good but never lower than 20. I use 20 but it is important to note that lerp can casue poor hitboxes on laggy clients if yours is set to low.
