And here is another reason I won't change my insistence on Blackmage. Lets say he is telling the truth and is town, as I have said several times is certainly possible though his death still gives me the info I need.
We change, we don't go towards the obvious guy and instead kill mass or scribble or whoever. He turns up town, and not mafia, what situation are we in? Their deaths don't give me as much information as BM's does, it may be sad, it may be unfair but its true. If we switch to someone else and it does not hit mafia, I will not be able to securely say that with 95% accuracy I can have at least one mafia nailed down for the next day. And then what do we do? Do we go back to BM? Well if you all feel he isn't a threat now, whats going to change your mind for the next day? Just because a townie died? Thats not likely going to be enough for you all, so then we can get to a situation where we don't have the info we need, BM is in the game for a couple days and Who the fuck knows, very well could turn up mafia.
I'm looking at this as to what provides the best chances and probability for victory, if I have to crack a few eggs in the process I will.

Also at this point, it behooves me to make sure we don't fuck up and either lynch or out the doctor, since BM has not claimed he is such, he is expendable, especially based on his role which can be very difficult to use well. If the town has a role blocker or bus driver or some other shit, that can be more helpful at this point than vig, since both of those can keep me alive. Is that self centered? Maybe. But as the cop the longer I am alive the better chance of a secure victory.

Also, Yeah I'm frustrated, people are being stupid and lazy. I had this misconception that people would play the game not just say I'm tired I don't want to try spoon feed me info. I wanted to have fun, instead I'm trying to keep people from killing themselves and thats proving to be far more difficult than it should be.

Also I have refrained from the "Its my way or the Highway" statement, I have merely been pointing out that the best move for the town with the highest rate of proving successful in the long run is killing BM. People are still fighting me on that, and it makes no sense. I can reason, I can be calm, I can shout, I can swear, I can be polite, seems to not make any difference, though the swearing seems to make the dumb dumb's heads ache with thinking pains.
