That is part of it, along the lines with people stacking teams purposely because they don't limit people to join only by auto assign so you see most maps become like 26-0 fest and server becomes ghost town, but that's a different story.

The point of this thread wasn't to say that this server should die or something should happen to it, but this kinda shit is just ridiculous. Some douche decided he wanted to mess around and admin abuse and the worst part that really pissed me of was, he left that dude in the fucking server to radio spam the other guys, just so fucked up. And what happens if you try to post it? You get wannabe's like chikun dick riding without knowing facts.

Worst part is, nothing is going to happen to this guys, until server empty's out and then we are left wondering what went wrong and wtf happened.

That was not the intent of this thread by any means, i just responded to what meatspin said, I just mentioned that its become the norm now to join your buddies team on T even though ct's are losing like 16-0, or just wait until someone connects joins ct's and then you can join t and say "hey they were down a man", i see this especially done with the better players on the server, which leaves newcomers just getting stomped to the point were the map doesnt even finish and the side getting stomped loses half its players and you go from like 7v7 to like 7v3 instantly. This cant be good for the server, the new base is what you should cater too, without a reliable source of new folks coming in it will be hard to sustain a server because eventually regulars will quit someday and admin abuse like what this thread is about is just super crazy, especially when i haven't even said 1 word during the whole time i was on the server, besides asking if the spammer can get muted so i could actually hear something without my head exploding from radio msg's or the chat for that reason.
