Agreed. And in a court of law, you are tried prior to being sentenced. Prove to me that one anonymous post by an unknown party truly contains 'malicious intent' beyond any shadow of a doubt and that said malicious intent was somehow 'heavily toxic' to the community (it wasn't, we all fucking laughed about it, including the intended victim), and I suppose I'll agree with a ban.

Side note - people post on this forum literally all the time with malicious intent. Nothing ever happens to them. Why is that?

if it did not contain malicious intent. then that person would have no reason to NOT POST ANYTHING AFTERWARDS and remain calm and hidden lurking....
in fact, they would not have a problem with coming forth and saying "ok, yeah that was me... i meant that as a joke... sorry"...

but the fact that they just posted that vid, with no caption, and no follow up, CLEARLY shows that it was meant to be a harmful act and it backfired and they have no reason to post anymore now that it failed.
however, if this was a joke attempt, a follow up comment from the user would have eased up the community and made it look more like a fun post where the user is trying to have a few laughs WITH carm.. especially after she commented first on it and showed maturity and laughed about it ...


now tell me, how does THAT look for the "jury" in a court mr jw?:P....

It's completely circumstantial and subjective. Would not hold up in court as the burden of proof in a court of law is beyond a reasonable doubt and you won't get that with stories like that.

combine those facts with the fact we can trace his name, and his ip. and we can find out who it is.
and if it's the person i think it is, then they would in fact have motive for such harassment because they have feelings for a person who had a beef with carm.

now tell me, how many hate crimes have we witnessed that involved such emotions to a third party?
based on precedence, that person will look guiltier than any other suspect yet to be announced.
