Can an expert explain THIS kind of lag for me?

When i say "fuck im lagging.." i mean im fucking lagging...

Please post your opinion and vote on what part of my "gear" or settings is dun fucked?

THIS kind of shit just happened...and im not the only one seeing this, even redemption in game was having same issues...but this has been happening to me a LOT.
watch with net_graph 3, and someone please help me figure out what the problem is? thanks.

ps: if u watch this demo and see NO lag at all, please post here, this would mean that it's smthn with my game view or my gear, and i'd like to know.

If you see no lag, i can record my game with fraps or smthn, and even show the net_graph 3 with it... but for now, hopefully ppl can see me lag in the demo

added pictures of my netgraph, notice that the lags are when the bottom line turns orange... and there's a lot of "jitter" in the top blue lines...

it's a desktop pc,

I took the first set of pictures and the above demo which seems no one has seen yet.
i scanned my pc for viruses or some fucked up processes, even tried cleaning up in safe mode.
i checked that all my drivers are up to date ( i use an nvidea geforce experience), i even re-installed my graphics card driver (version 331.58 of my card above), did a computer restart.


then i turned it off again, turned off the router and modem, reset the modem and router, turned on my pc.

I also closed up the game, got out of steam, deleted my client file, verified cache integrity, and re launched the game...


and that's when u see the SECOND set of pictures i posted...

im a web programmer, my browsers are set to self-clear everything (cookies included) every day.

i also defragged my pc and ran ccleaner on my harddrive AND my registry.

When you're getting lag, tab out and run a tracert to the server (you could have the IP pre-typed into a command line) and run a test on pingtest.net to see what you get (especially jitter or packet loss on the ping test). If the ping test shows good results with your local servers, try running the test to a DC server. If your issues are intermittent, I'd recommend running several tests AND tracerts to try to catch it during a "bad" time.

hard reset generally refers to straight turning the power off. a soft reset is the start-menu -> restart.

full reset is start ->shut down, turn power off after it's down, then bring back up from off.

The latter is also considered a hard reset, with just less issues from cutting off the power to quickly to your gear.
