Originally JimmyRo (Desert Punk) ban on the 8th, but after trying to get in contact with him that past few days, this kid won't make the bans 1 month, or make a ban thread. So i'm taking over his ban on this; and he's clearly been on IBIS GG that past 2 days...

**also, desert, if you dont want to do the paper work, no worries, don't make the ban then. Just get another admin to, or inform an ULA. Give us a time and map.

admins should do their own paper if they can, it's not that hard to save a template and just fill in the blanks ... make a damn excel file if you need to...
i mean thanks for the ban, but at least notify us if unable to carry out the thread, with a legitimate reason
